Hello! My name is Vitor Luiz Pestana Pereira, I am from Niterói (Rio de Janeiro, Brazil), and I am a Back-end Web Developer who also works as a Full Stack Web Developer. I have always been interested in technology, and over time, this interest naturally evolved into software development. At the same time, I am passionate about the arts, beauty, logic, and critical thinking. Before following the paths of Computer Science, I graduated in Philosophy. Although Philosophy remains my greatest intellectual passion, I discovered my calling in software development. Around 2019, I began studying how software is built, and after writing my first `for` loop in C, I fell definitively in love with programming. As I deepened my knowledge of Computer Science, I began specializing in back-end development while expanding my experience in web development. I have a particular interest in building systems, software architecture, APIs, and solving server-side problems. However, I also have the ability to develop client-side solutions, which enables me to deliver end-to-end systems. Today, Computer Science is my professional passion, while Philosophy is my intellectual passion; the latter shapes the way I approach problem-solving and strengthens my most valuable skill in software development: critical thinking.
